All Terms and Conditions outlined herein are true and valid as of the date of their creation in October 2017. We reserve the right to make amendments to these terms and conditions at any point as we see fit to do so. Consequently, we encourage our customers and clients to review this document periodically to ensure that they have the latest information. You can note when these terms and conditions were last updated by referring to the date at the top of the first page of this documentation.
Any references within this document to “we”, “us”, or “our” within this documentation refers to eTicket Solutions and its subsidiaries. Any purchase or booking made through eTicket Solutions is subject to the acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you choose to make a purchase, it will be assumed that you have read and accepted all terms and conditions enclosed herein. If you do not agree with the Terms & conditions outlined by eTicket Solutions then please do not make purchases or continue to use our services. These terms and conditions should not be republished or modified in any way. To the extent that an arbitrator or court of applicable jurisdiction determines that applying alterations to these eTicket Solutions Terms and Policies would render this contract void or illusory, said changes shall be applicable on a prospective basis only, with respect to events or circumstances occurring after the date of said changes.
eTicket Solutions Terms & Conditions are comprised of the following sections:
The terms and conditions of our refund and cancellation policies as outlined below are applicable to purchases made across all goods and service categories offered by eTicket Solutions. Those categories are presently: Flights & Hotels, Trains, Buses, Theater, London Theater, Concerts, Clubs, Parties & Deals. It should be noted that customer entitlements to refunds and substitutions are only available in the occurrence of those circumstances explicitly stated below. Any circumstance not outlined and referenced herein is thus considered as a circumstance which is not applicable for a refund or substitution.
We advise customers to thoroughly review the dates, seat selection and other specifics before finalizing any purchase on our site. We will not issue exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made due to a customer’s own error, or due to lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets.
In the event that the customer notifies eTicket Solutions that he or she does not receive their tickets prior to the applicable event, eTicket Solutions will investigate, and if its investigation confirms that Tickets were not timely delivered, will promptly refund the purchase price to Customers. eTicket Solutions does not issue refunds or substitutions when the request to do so is as a consequence of the customer’s own act or omission. eTicket Solutions are not to be held liable in the event that a service purchased by a customer does not meet customer expectations. Clubs, Parties and Deals are 100% non refundable.
If an event is canceled, eTicket Solutions shall refund to the purchase price of the tickets purchased to the customer. In any such circumstance, eTicket Solutions shall provide customer refunds upon request. . If an event is postponed or rescheduled, eTicket Solutions will not provide any refund to the customer. In these situations, the customer is subject to the terms outlined within our substitutions policy.
In cases where a ticket purchase by a customer is confirmed by eTicket Solutions but subsequently becomes unavailable, eTicket Solutions will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the same number of substitute tickets to the same event, in a section/row of equal or better location. eTicket Solutions will promptly provide Customer notice regarding any such substitution. In the event that equal or better substitutions are offered, the customer is not required to accept the substitutions, but no penalties will apply.
Refunds for Rescheduled Events
In the event that an event has to be rescheduled, eTicket solutions will contact customers with the new time and date as soon as possible. In the event that the customer cannot attend at the rescheduled time, we will do everything that we can to assist you. It should be noted however that since eTicket Solutions works in conjunction with third party event planners and artists, refunds are issued at the discretion of the artist, team, venue or promoter and the issuance of refunds is not the choice of eTicket Solutions. Please contact us at Support@eticketsolutions.com and we will try our best to assist you. In most circumstances, we try to respond to any emails within 24 hours.
eTicket solutions works in conjunction with event planners and artists across the globe in order to present our customers with the opportunity to attend concerts and events worldwide. Purchasing of concert tickets assumes the acceptance of eTicket Solutions general refund policy. There are also several additional aspects to consider which are unique to this event type.
Recording & Exhibition of Concert Events
By purchasing concert tickets, you accept and acknowledge that the Event Provider(s) may be recording and producing video or other digital footage of the event. You accept that your appearance and all actions conducted by yourself both inside and outside of the concert venue are public in nature, and as such, you have no expectation of privacy regarding your actions or conduct at the event. Purchasing concert tickets is accompanied by your express permission that the Event Provider(s) may use your image, movements and statements in any audio, video, photography or other transmission. Footage and captures may be utilized in a number of ways - for commercial use, broadcasting use, later reproduction, or other. Purchasing a ticket assumes that you accept all of this and will not later request that the Event Provider(s) compensate or request authorization from, you or anyone acting on your behalf.
Limitation of Liability
Despite safety precautions being taken at events, and the presence of security and crowd management professionals, incidents may happen from time to time. If you find yourself in any kind of difficulty at an event - self inflicted or otherwise, you should immediately ask an usher to direct you to the medical station. Purchasing a ticket via eTicket Solutions means that you voluntarily accept all risks and danger incidental to the event for which your ticket is issued. This relates to any incidents that may occur before, during, or after the event. You waiver all claims for personal injury or death against eTicket solutions, our staff and management including incidents affecting you, and any accompanying parties or minors. You bear the risk of any inclement weather. The specific times and dates of events are subject to change. For further information on how this could affect you, please refer back to our refunds, cancellations and substitutions section.
Event Provider(s) Reserve the Right to Refuse Entry
It is at the discretion of the event provider(s) and the staff on site at the venue as to who they allow into the event. If you are acting in a manner that is drunken, disorderly, or otherwise intimidating or disruptive, you may be denied entry. In such circumstance, you are not entitled to a refund.
Event Provider(s) Reserve the Right to Conduct Searches
For your own safety, and that of other attendees, Event Provider(s) may deem it necessary to conduct people and possession searches at the point of entry to the venue site. Purchasing a ticket from us is accompanied by your consent to such searches. You will not raise any claims as a consequence of such a search arising. You accept that you may be prohibited from entering the event if you do not comply with the searches being conducted. Depending on the specific regulations of the host venue, there may be certain items which are not permitted to be taken into the site. For example, flammables, controlled substances, recording devices, irritants (for example, noise makers), alcohol or drugs. Failure to comply may result in you not being permitted to enter the event. Under such circumstance, you are not entitled to a refund.
Unlawful Resale of Tickets
We have noted incidents of people unlawfully purchasing tickets with the intent to sell them on at a heightened price. The occurrence of such activity is grounds for seizure and cancellation without refund or cancellation. Premiums and specific laws regarding resale and ticket prices vary across different US states and as such, we are not responsible or any way liable for providing legal advice with regards to the resale or pricing of tickets. eTicket Solutions customers are solely responsible for ensuring that they comply with all applicable ticket resale laws. Furthermore, we reserve the right to deny the selling of tickets to anyone who we believe intends to purchase them with the intent to violate our policies, or whom has already committed a violation. Tickets are not permitted to be used for any advertising, promotions, contests or giveaways without express written permission by eTicket Solutions and their third party providers or partners.
If you do not buy tickets directly from us, but from a third party source claiming to have attained tickets from eTicket solutions, we are not in any way responsible for that ticket. We will not be held responsible for any duplicate or counterfeit tickets. As a result, we urge those considering attending concerts to purchase their tickets through a reputable source such as eTicket solutions.
eTicket Solutions connects customers and website users with movie theaters and live performance theaters in their area in order to enable them to purchase movie and show tickets. We have limited liability regarding this and simply act as an intermediary (at no extra cost to you) to connect customers with theaters. All issues related to pricing, event safety, event satisfaction, and service are the sole responsibility of the applicable theater company. We encourage all eTicket Solutions customers to thoroughly review the terms and conditions and relevant information provided by our third party providers prior to making a ticket purchase.
Customers are not permitted to take any form of recording or copying equipment (in any form) into the movie theater or live theater. Recording or copying equipment may be confiscated by the manager of the applicable movie theater. It is a serious criminal offence to copy or attempt to copy any movies, soundtrack, or other copyrighted material. We kindly remind customers that depending on the specific law of the country or state in which they are visiting the show, hefty fines and substantial imprisonment sentences may be awarded to individuals who are not acting in accordance of the law.
Theaters Reserve the Right to Refuse Entry
It is at the discretion of the movie theater which you attend and the staff on site at the venue as to who they allow into the event. If you are acting in a manner that is drunken, disorderly, or otherwise intimidating or disruptive, you may be denied entry. Some movie theaters do not permit taking certain items (including food and beverage items) into their facility. We kindly remind our customers once again to review the specific terms and conditions of each movie theater they decide to attend prior to making a reservation.

eTicket Solutions are in no way responsible for any occurrence of death or injuries at the movie theaters and theaters which are open for bookings via our site. Some shows and services offered may require additional safety matters to be taken into consideration than others. As an example, some movie theaters now offer special effects cinema such as 4DX and other interactive showings. This may not be suitable for young, elderly, pregnant, or disabled guests. Please consider your own safety and thoroughly familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of the movie theater in question relating to this prior to making a reservation.
eTicket Solutions provides customers and site visitors with the ability to make flight and hotel bookings via our site. eTicket Solutions has limited liability regarding this service. All information that is displayed on our site regarding schedules, rates, fees, discounts, location, and services provided are as per what has been communicated by our third party hotel and flight providers and as a consequence, eTicket Solutions will not be held liable for any error in part or full on any of the listings provided. It should be noted that prices and details displayed are subject to change at any time. Specific details may vary by season and deals and reductions may arise from time to time, all at the discretion of the third party provider.
eTicket Solutions works in conjunction with hotel and flight providers to display various deals and options for accommodation and flight transportation around the globe. eTicket Solutions partners and suppliers are responsible in whole for the accuracy and completeness of their listings. Through displaying particular airlines, hotels, and other services on here, eTicket Solutions is not endorsing any hotel, airline, or related service.
Prices for hotels and flights on our site are as per what has been communicated from our supplier’s own site and thus we have no liability with regards to guaranteeing those prices. It should be noted that displayed prices may be subject to amendment, and that the specific price that is initially displayed is subject to certain conditions being met. Initial prices may exclude such costs as taxes, VAT, city tax, baggage, additional meals, insurance, or other such add ons. We suggest that you thoroughly review all details before you proceed to making a booking.
No Shows and Customer Cancellations on Hotels and Flights
Dependent on the specific terms outlined by the Supplier, you may be subject to fees should you decide to cancel your flight or hotel within a short amount of time prior to your intended travel date. Equally, if you should no show for your planned reservation, you may be charged a full or partial amount of the purchase. This is subject to the specific conditions outlined by the hotel or flight provider. eTicket Solutions has no involvement or liability as far as this is concerned. Please check that you are aware of all specifics at the point of making a reservation.
Customers are covered under the local aviation law in circumstances where flights are cancelled. If a flight is cancelled or delayed for an extended period due to an airline issue or a delay then the customer may be eligible for a refund, reschedule, and compensation depending on the specifics surrounding the situation and the amount of time prior to departure before it was deemed that the flight would not proceed as scheduled. Once again, eTicket Solutions has no liability regarding flight cancellations and alterations. Please familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions as outlined by the airline or flight provider prior to booking.
Payment of Services for Hotels
Depending on the specific hotel in question, the payment process may vary. Some hotel providers may require that customers pay an amount (whole or part) of the accrued hotel costs up front, whereas others may not require payment until arrival at the hotel. eTicket Solutions facilitates the payment of the applicable product or service at the election of the Supplier. Some hotels may pre-authorize or charge your credit card. Please check the specific details of any such conditions for hotel properties prior to making your reservation. You will not hold eTicket Solutions liable or responsible for any charge made by the third party supplier nor try to make a claim for any amount charged. This includes charges for pre-authorization, no-shows and cancellations.
No Service Fee
eTicket Solutions does not add on any additional service fees as a consequence of you booking your flight or hotel stay via our site as opposed to using the airline or hotel website directly. We aim to be a one stop shop for all things entertainment and lifestyle and as such, we enable our customers to book various different services for convenience.
As part of our overall service provision, eTicket solutions assists customers in organizing trains and buses to their destination. It is important to note that eTicket solutions operates as a separate entity to the transportation companies that manage the public transport and as a result, we have limited liability relating to any issues that may arise.
Refusal of Service
The train and bus companies that work in conjunction with eTicket solutions reserve the right to refuse boarding to any passenger that is considered a threat to themselves or others, under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or other controlled substances, whom has offensive hygiene or whom is conducting anti social or intimidating behavior.
Policies related to seating on trains and buses provided by eTicket solutions third party providers shall be enforced as deemed necessary by the Provider in question. If a seat allocation is noted on the ticket, then the customer should identify and occupy the relevant seat for the duration of their journey. If no seat is allocated, transportation seating is allocated on a first come, first serve basis. The seat entitlement is for one seat per paying customer. Using seats to store baggage is not permitted. Our bus and rail providers may request that customers move seats from one cabin to another where operating conditions require.
Fares and Payment
Prices for buses and trains displayed on our site are as per what has been communicated from our supplier’s own site and thus we have no liability with regards to guaranteeing those prices. It should be noted that displayed prices may be subject to amendment, and that the specific price that is initially displayed is subject to certain conditions being met. Initial prices may exclude such costs as taxes, VAT, city tax, baggage, additional meals, insurance, or other such add ons. We suggest that you thoroughly review all details before you proceed to making a seat reservation. Discounts may be applicable where passengers fall within a certain age bracket.
Our train and bus providers may, on occasion have to divert, postpone, delay, cancel, terminate or divert their transportation. eTicket solutions does not bear any liability with regards to issuing refunds or providing compensation or any similar such fee. All liability lies with the specific transport operator. You should familiarize yourself with third party terms and conditions prior to making a seat reservation.
Force majeure may refer to any conditions that are out of the control of the bus or rail service providers but which have an impact on their operation. For example, strikes, work stoppages, lockout, labour disputes, accidents on the roads and tracks, acts of nature, extreme adverse weather conditions, civil commotion, etc.
eTicket Solutions enables customers to purchase tickets to clubs, parties and other events. As outlined in the refund section, purchases falling into this category are 100% non refundable. eTicket solutions has limited liability where any purchase relating to club events, parties and deals are concerned. We encourage our customers to thoroughly review the specific terms and conditions as outlined by the host venue on their site prior to making a purchase.
Venues Reserve the Right to Refuse Entry

Venues Reserve the Right to Removal of Attendees
In a similar manner to which venues may refuse entry of groups or individuals whom are behaving in a manner deemed inappropriate or under the influence of drugs, alcohol and other substances, event organizers also reserve the right to remove people at any given time if they deem that they may pose a threat to themselves or others in attendance.

It should be noted that our Terms & Conditions is a legally binding document and as such, making a purchase from us is accompanied by the assumption that you have read, understood and accepted everything contained herein. You should take the time to read the arbitration provisions outlined below carefully. Please do not use our services if you are not willing to arbitrate any disputes that may arise with eTicket Solutions.
